India’s Test skipper Virat Kohli and former wicket-keeper Syed Kirmani will be receiving the top honours at the BCCI annual awards on January 5th in Mumbai.
While Kirmani has been nominated for the Col. C. K. Nayudu Lifetime
Achievement Award; Kohli will receive the Polly Umrigar award, which is
given to the best Indian cricketer of the year.
Kohli, in 2014, scored 847 runs in 10 Tests with an average of 44.57. He
was also the third highest scorer in ODIs with 1054 runs in 21 ODIs at
58.55.
Mithali Raj, Robin Uthappa, Vinay Kumar, and Jalaj Saxena are also among the awardees list.

Madhavrao Scindia Award for the highest scorer in Ranji Trophy: Robin Uthappa (Karnataka)
Madhavrao Scindia Award for the highest wicket-taker in Ranji Trophy: R. Vinay Kumar (Karnataka), Shardul Thakur (Mumbai)
M. A. Chidambaram Trophy for the best under-23 cricketer of the year: Almas Shaukat (Uttar Pradesh)
M. A. Chidambaram Trophy for the best under-19 cricketer of the year: Anmolpreet Singh (Punjab)
M. A. Chidambaram Trophy for the best under-16 cricketer of the year: Shubman Gill (Punjab)
M. A. Chidambaram Trophy for the best junior woman cricketer of the year: Devika Vaidya (Maharashtra)
Best umpire in domestic cricket: O. Nandan
